Taking Traffic School is now easier than ever!
In most cases, you must decide to do something within 30 days from
the date you received the citation. Inform the Clerk of Court in
the county where you received the ticket that you want to go to
Traffic School (some counties will not accept a School Certificate
of Completion without this declaration).
Pay the ticket and be sure to tell the clerk you want to elect traffic school, attend the class and take
the School Certificate of Completion to the Clerk of Court with
the specified time (usually 60 - 90 days). |
